A Microsoft 365 administrator sets it up in a few steps. First, sign in to Firma with your Microsoft account. Then add your team members in Firma, either by connecting your Microsoft 365 directory (Settings, then Integrations, then Connect Microsoft 365) or by adding them manually, and assign each person a signature. Finally, deploy the Firma Outlook add-in from the Microsoft 365 admin center so signatures apply automatically. Once the add-in is deployed, each person's signature is inserted for them whenever they compose a new email in Outlook.

How do I connect my Microsoft 365 directory to Firma?

In Firma, open Settings, then Integrations, and click Connect Microsoft 365. Sign in as a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator and approve the permission request, then choose which users to import. Firma imports their names, job titles, departments, and photos so you can personalize every signature. Prefer not to connect your directory? You can add team members manually instead.

How do I deploy the Firma add-in for Outlook?

It can take a few minutes to become active, and users may need to fully sign out and back in to Outlook the first time.

No. Connecting your directory and deploying the add-in are one-time administrator actions. After that, each employee's personalized signature appears automatically when they write a new email in Outlook, with nothing for them to set up.
